The Client, a US based professional salon wanted to re-develop their website for other local professional Stylist/Salons, International Professional Stylist/Salons and Minx Fans to enable them to purchase minx products online and manage their salons from their account. We performed a Data migration task and transferred all the data from the existing system to the newly developed system. We arranged a Complex Price Tier management by user group wise, T-HUB integration for accounting inventory and created shipping labels and managed printing in bulk.
The client wanted a platform which was interactive and professional yet aesthetically designed so as to attract her target audience. They required a technology platform which was simple, easy and could be managed by admin side at very end.

IT Chimes has designed and developed the website www.minxnails.com including the following functions- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Flash Animation and Action Script Development, Content Management System Setup and Development for Easy Updates. Custom Programming, Implementation of text and pictures provided by client, Cross Browser Optimization – Website is optimized for Browser – IE 6 XP, IE 7 XP, IE 7 and IE 8 Vista, Firefox – MAC – Most Recent Versions of Safari and Firefox, QA and Testing of Custom Programming, Review of website on a development server, Final Revisions – 1 round of content edits including design or functionality changes.
Now the client has a unified view of different data e.g. product data, customer data, orders & sales data, CMS content data. An online payment gateway is integrated for shipping calculation in order to manage shopping carts. Google map integration was performed in order to locate salon customers on Google maps. CMS pages are designed in a manner to display the entire site. The solution was easy to use, so less time was spent on extracting knowledge and more time spent on analyzing it.
